Materials
- Clear plastic/laminating pouch
- Rainbow sequins
- Pink and blue beads
- Holographic stars
- Cardstock
- Ribbon
Instructions
- Seal the Ghost Pouch: Prepare the clear plastic pouch, fill it with rainbow sequins, beads, and stars, then seal it tightly.
- Add the Face: Cut out eyes and a mouth from cardstock, glue them onto the front of the pouch.
- Hang and Shake: Use ribbon to create a loop for hanging and enjoy the movement of sequins and stars when shaken.
Notes
For a dynamic look, layer different types of sequins and ensure the adhesive is strong to hold the features in place.
