Materials
- 30 yellow, orange, pink & purple cupcake liners
- 10-inch cardboard ring
- Brown pom-poms
- Glue (a glue stick or craft glue)
- Rainbow ribbon
Instructions
- Fold the cupcake liners into petals by pinching them together at the bottom.
- Layer them around the cardboard ring, securing with glue and allowing them to overlap slightly.
- Add the brown pom-poms to the center for a sunflower effect.
- Finish by tying a loop of rainbow ribbon to the back for hanging.
