Materials
- 30 cupcake liners in orange
- 30 cupcake liners in purple
- 30 cupcake liners in lime

- 1 cardboard ring
- Googly eyes

Instructions
- Fold each cupcake liner in half.
- Layer the liners around the cardboard wreath, tucking the edges under.
- Add googly eyes throughout the wreath.
- Create monster features from the black cardstock and glue them onto the wreath.
Notes
Kids can help with folding and gluing, while adults handle cutting and hot glue. Use stronger adhesive if needed for the googly eyes.
