Transform an ordinary tin can into a delightful rainbow panda pencil cup that adds color and whimsy to your workspace.
Materials
- Clean tin can
- Rainbow yarn
- White felt
- Black felt
- Clear pink felt
- Clear blue ribbon
- Googly eyes
- Glue
Instructions
- Wrap the tin can with bands of rainbow yarn, securing with glue as you go.
- Cut white and black felt pieces for the panda’s face, making ovals for eyes and ears.
- Add small circles from clear pink felt for the panda’s cheeks and glue them onto the white face.
- Attach the black ovals for the eyes, placing them symmetrically above the cheeks.
- Glue the black ear pieces at the top of the can.
- Tie a clear blue ribbon into a bow and glue it below one ear.
- Fill the completed panda with pencils, markers, and crayons.
Notes
Use a hot glue gun for quicker adhesion, but be cautious around children. Customize your panda with accessories.
